Jou - Watching

I was hit this morning by a sudden urge to create a picture using a mouse and CS. I did. If I had to guess, I'd say the thing in the sky was some kind of dragon-rear or something. I know not. It just randomly appeared. It used to be this lightning-type thing, but it looked really stupid. XD I mean, seriously.
